Tumblr you are the absolute fucking worst

A character saying/thinking/doing something in a book does not mean the author advocates it

And the percentage of people impressionable enough to do something problematic after reading a work of fiction is so slim that it’s a non-issue

So please stop trying to say that an author is horrible because they have the audacity to write (gasp) fiction

I get that you don’t like white guys, Tumblr, but when you find any excuse to cry bloody murder over someone just writing books and trying to educate people then you need to get your head out of your ass and find an actual way to contribute to society
